WHAT IS PAYMŌLI ANYWAY?

Here at Aptys we like to say PayMōli is a mobile payments app. But, simply put, it's an easy peasy way for you to send money to anyone you know using the phone, computer and tablet you already use every day.

HOW CAN I GET PAYMŌLI?

PayMōli is available through many banks and credit unions throughout the U.S. of A. The app can be downloaded from Google Play for Android users and the App Store for Apple users. If you are sending money to a friend or family member, your bank or credit union must offer PayMōli, however the person receiving funds only has to have a PayMōli account attached to their active checking account, their bank or credit union does not have to offer the app.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A FRIEND TO RECEIVE THE MONEY I MŌLI (OR SEND) OVER?

Generally, the money will be in your friends bank account the next business day.

DOES THE PERSON IM MŌLI-ING (OR SENDING) MONEY TO HAVE TO HAVE A PAYMŌLI ACCOUNT?

No. All your friend has to have is an active bank account. Like we said, easy peasy.

CAN I LINK PAYMŌLI TO A CREDIT CARD?

Today, PayMōli only links to a checking account or debit card. But in the future, we’ll offer a credit card option. When we do, you’ll be able to start using the new option immediately.

CAN I CANCEL A PAYMENT?

Contact your bank or credit union. 
 

IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH I CAN SEND?

The short answer is yes, for your security and protection there are limits set on how much you can send. The limits are set by your bank/credit union and can be viewed in the PayMōli app.  However, the general rule of thumb on limits is; $300/transaction, $300/day and $1,500/week. Limits are set and cannot be adjusted.

IS MY MONEY TRANSMITTED SECURELY?

Yes. 

IS MY MONEY SAFE?

Yes. 

CAN MY FRIEND USE THE MONEY FOR ANYTHING AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVE IT?

Yes. 

WHY DO I HAVE TO BE 18 TO USE PAYMŌLI?

When you agree to the PayMōli service terms, you are agreeing to a binding legal agreement.  Legally an individual must be 18 years of age or older to enter a contract.
